the requested toolbox is yet to be released for distribution in Maple 2021 & MapleSim 2021 version.
In the mean time, you may use the previous versions of the toolbox, corresponding to the Maple 2020 & MapleSim 2020. release.
The intended release of the requested file is scheduled for Q3FY2021.
